Ironfish Real Estate Is Here To Assist You.

In the early hours on 21 July 2018, a 19-year-old Melbourne young woman was killed in an attack during a party in one of the AirBnB apartments in the building – EQ Tower 135 A’Beckett Street Melbourne VIC 3000. Although the apartment is not managed by Ironfish Real Estate, it does remind us on how important it is for owners to select the right agency in managing their properties. For more information regarding the incident, please click HERE to read the full article.

Some of the key actions that we undertake are as below:

  • Strict keys allocation policy, one set of keys per tenant on the lease is provided.
  • If the keys are lost, the lock barrel will be changed at the tenants’ cost immediately.
  • Nuisance to the neighbouring occupants or disruption to the quiet enjoyment of the other residents will result in breach notice and eviction action.
  • Our corporate stay entity – IFSTAYS is committed to the same policy and has imposed a strictly no-party policy with the long-term corporate clients.

Our aim is to build a long-lasting relationship with all of our clients and Owners Corporation in enhancing the security and overall image of the building complex.  In order for us to represent you in the future Annual General Meeting, please complete the attach proxy form to nominate our office as your representative.
